Railcrew Xpress built the RCX app as a Commercial app. This service is provided by Railcrew Xpress and is intended for use as is.

Employee Notification Program
This is a campaign to text with existing employees who have opted in. Our drivers will be notified of a trip they can take. Once they accept a trip, we may text them relevant information to perform their job tasks (arrive here, drop off there). After the trip, we may text the driver to confirm details to ensure billing and time card accuracy.

You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out of the Program. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.
